  All wine and distilled spirits purchased from Monty’s Discount Wine & Liquor are sold, processed, and fulfilled at our licensed retail premises in the State of New York. Legal title and ownership of all alcoholic beverages pass directly to the buyer at our licensed facility at the time the transaction is completed.
  
  By completing your purchase online or over the phone, you authorize Monty’s Discount Wine & Liquor to act on your behalf to engage a third-party common carrier, or utilize our own transport, to deliver your personal property to your designated destination.
